eq2 client has stopped working

<p>Ran flawless before last patch... I have tried everything listed in this forum ...closed accout til I can log in and play any other suggestions are welcome</p><p> have 2 rigs set up for gaming one for me and one for my wife.....</p><p>Rig 1 ---Vista 64 home prem..........   Client has stopped working! after last patch.....</p><p>Rig 2--- Xp Pro --- no problems, runs perfect............</p><p>It has to be something in last patch and an issue with  vista.............. ETA on FIX?  Been long enough ?</p><p>I would like to be able to play..........  Wife won't let me use her's hehe...</p><p>Btw both this are using the same connection so it can not be a router issue..... it happened after the most recent patch and it seems vista users are getting same message, Loads up and patches fine... select chara... start to log in and bam!   Eq2 client has stopped responding, this program will close.....</p>

<p>Well,  It is a SONY Eq2 issue since last patch.. I  bought and played war________-last night for 4 hours and not one glitch..... Tried eq2 and get " eq2 client has stopped working"  after sign and right when my charan goes to log in....  So  PLEASE  FIX THIS...  PLEASE....</p>

<p>I had the same issue on my quad-core with Windows VISTA.</p><p>There seems to be a problem with the "multi-core-support" of EQ2 wich is only a dual-core-support.</p><p>I disabled the multi-core-support in the options of EQ2 and the problem was gone.</p>
