<p>Hello,</p><p>I have had massive trouble with this transfer service.  Where to start. Firstly i got a new account, and requested the manual transfer forms. The request kept getting rejected as it turns out the CC details were incorrectly put in by support. The bank then locked my account, causing direct debits not to go out. I got this turned back on. Now I cannot email from any of my emails, as they are not the email support have. No idea what they have, and when I change them I am told the emails are already logged in database (yes they are mine).</p><p>This has been going on now for days and the copy paste answers I did get from the chat system (which is now down) do not help. If there is a number i can call ( am in UK, on US server) that would be great.</p><p>Thanks for any help.</p><p>Cheers</p>

<p>The error you're getting about the e-mail usually means that you are just hitting reply instead of using the link in the petition to update.</p><p>This is probably the kind of thing you'd want to call about, though.  Here's our UK support number:</p><p>(44)870-000-0267</p>
