<p>I purchased Everquest II: Rise of Kunark All in One in a retail store 30 days ago along with a gamecard. On the box it says "Free 30 day trial included". I signed up for an account, entered my gamecard code, and began playing. 30 days from the date I did this, I no longer am subscribed for Everquest II??? Well, what the heck? I've already seen where the 30 day trial that was advertised was knocked down to 14 days, but I didn't even get that.... um help?</p>

<p>Well heres a couple of things.</p><p>The 30 days is for new accounts. The 14 day trial is a 14 day trial. 2 seperate things. </p><p> When you entered in the game card you removed the 30 days because you changed it to a paid account. Your best bet is to call CS and explain the situation. They should be able to get you the other 30 days added to the account. Just be nice and dont scream and yell of course.</p>

<p>Ya, my guess is that you started a trial before entering your activation code by mistake. If that happened then we'll make sure you get a total of 30 free days.
