My wife and I subscribe to eq2 and pay the extra money for station features.. However for several months now she and I have been unable to get it to work no matter what browser we use or internet access. We can not chat with my guild via the site. We keep getting :: fatal error :: Can't connect to server (possible proxy / NAT / network error). And to no success has this been fixed and seems other people in our guild are having the same problem. We did find out however if you pay for this service you can be credited by sending an e-mail to [email protected] . No point in paying for something that doesn't work.

If you're getting that specific error then you'll want to try bypassing your router temporarily. The NAT error you're receiving is common when the router has a blocked port.

I would not advise contacting the [email protected] e-mail for this type of issue, though. He handles refunds outside of the standard policy and doesn't usualy deal with this type of problem.

I have not changed anything I still have the same router/firewall at home, work and various customer sites... One day it was working and the next it wasn't. Did you guys change what port the eq2players site routes through when chatting with the guild? If ltuttles is not the person to give credit on features that aren't working then how come sony sent me the address in the e-mail?

Hey there, My husband started this post and I am the one having the problem, when one of the fatal errors I get says "you have no characters in this guild" it has nothing to do with the temp files or caches, especially when #1 he did that and #2 I started getting that error on Oct 16th...the day the maintenance was done to the site. I have been getting Dissconnected errors probably since day one, but after mashing the retry button a few times had been able to get in.

Now i cant get in at all. Mr TSR Daneil, if you dont suggest contacting this Ltuttle person, then who do you suggest I talk to and why was their name given to me by TSR....hang on let me check my email.....sorry its CSR Jeremiah, better yet "Unfortunately I haven't heard anything at this time, and the most that I can compensate you with is 3 days of game time, otherwise you would need to contact our Accounts Administrator Lyman Tuttle at: [email protected] he's the only person that could give you more credit than that." That was right from our little chat session.

I talked with Jeremiah and I think he was just confused about what you were asking for. Please PM me your station name and I'll get that taken care of for you so you don't have to worry about it. Make sure the topic of your PM lets me know which issue you're referring to since I get quite a few.

For anyone else having this problem, I would advise calling the support line or submitting a standard support ticket. Mr Tuttle isn't supposed to handle cases like this and e-mailing him will cause the process to drag out longer than necessary.
