scarecrow king broke?

<p>We all talked to the proffessor.. but the scarecrow king was already up.  He isnt attackable nor a mob.  Its like he is in decoration mode.  Also seen him like this in the day time.  Anyone else see this?  Is this normal? i got people telling me its broken that it never did this.  Also something else i hear is that its not suppose to scale, the quest is lvl 73 to me.. that might have something to do with it.</p>

<p>I saw him the other day as well...same think, he was unattackable.  I don't even have the quest on me. </p>

Unfortunately, there is currently an issue with The Scarecrow King not turning attackable, as you encountered. I identified and resolved the issue late on Monday 10/20 after reading another forum thread on this issue. That fix passed QA this evening and should be part of the hotfix tomorrow! In the mean time enjoy the many other aspects of this event!
