Charged for a Pre-order I didn't ask for

I just recieved and email thanking me for pre-ordering Seeds of Destruction.  I had already pre-ordered from Gamestop a few weeks ago so had no reason to pre-order from SOE.  I haven't even been to Station.com in months to view my account details.  How does something like this happen and how do I fix it?

um... Seeds of Destruction isn't EQ2... you might want to try the EQ forumns.

chances are...you did pre order from the site as well. Remember that one friday when you got really drunk with your mates and then started to look at transvestite clowns from mars. Yeah you preordered that night as well.
