I need help from more experienced Furies!

Im now level 71 with 66 aa (I started this character before aa's) and I can no longer play like I did in the earlier levels.  I solo alot because of odd hours and all my good friends are higher levels (trying to catch this guy up).  I used to tank the mobs.  Now they hit so hard I can no longer do that.  I can but I usually use a full bar of mana on one mob.  I have all mastercrafted gear except for jewlery which I have gotten from the quest in Kunark.  I have tried several different aa set ups and nothing seems to help.  I have played with the pet which I hate.  It breaks at the worest times, I had even put 8 points into it.  I have started trying to go the root/nuke route but my roots break often even with 5 points into Enhance: Elddar's Grasp and max Subjurgation for my level.  Im not sure what else to do.  My current aa set up is:Enhance: Carnal Mask 3Enhance: Seasoned Predator 5Enhanced: Ferine Spirit 5Enhance: Killing Swarm 5Enhance: Thunderbolt 5Enhance: Tempest 5Enhance: Starfire 5Enhance: Elddar's Grasp 5Intellience: 4, 4, 8, 6, 1Strenght: 3Can a solo fury make it in Kunark? <p>Well first off make sure you have the latest Root and it's AD3 (although by your description it sounds like you do have atleast the latest root, although I had a guildie that wasn't using his latest root and once he got that it helped alot).</p><p>Secondly Don't do str line, we are furys not wardens, I would go with Int line, then agi line (for improved regens really) and then lastly sta line for improved heal crit. (note, sta line would be like the last of the last stuff I would get) You've already got the energy line minus energy vortex. You also picked up enough of the animial line for your improved predator, so I would then pick up improved snares too, that makes kitting a TON easier. Post that meh just fill in as you need.</p><p>IF your going to go with the Root and Nuke method, make sure to ALWAYS keep snare up. Also any and every bit of damage you do can break either or both root and snare. SOO When I'm just doing that I tend to just use my lightning and starfire nukes only.</p><p>As to being able to melee mobs, I would say post 72 when you get your new MC gear and improved regens from agi, and a few spell upgrades you should be able to tank mobs like you use to. Realise anytime you get an add you HAVE to root it off fast else you go squish. Also I would strongly recomend that you get all of your 71+ spells as AD3's the price on fire emeralds are soo dirt cheap it's almost a crime not to do that.</p>
