Hi , where can I find the skill  " Doom Judgement " ?

Ask the alchemists in game, its a rare recipe, loot only I think, tho some / most of them should have it. Val

You get doom judgement as a reward from the bloodline chronicles.  You get the ability to purchase it at the 10th quest I believe.  Other archetypes have a 35 spell that also functions like this (warriors, clerics, sorcerers, bards, etc.)
