<p>there is no way to enter the main hero named Kazel. writes "server did not respond in a timely manner and may be backlogged". please help .</p><p>alts come without problems . server runnyeye</p>

Ahhh you mean in game.. Ok... I saw your post on the eq2players discussion... Try to power cycle your modem... unplug it for about 20 seconds.Did that character log out oddly at all?

This sounds like a router issue. I would try bypassing it temporarily to see if that corrects the issue for you. If it does then we'll probably need to set up the router for port forwardings.As a general guideline there are only 2 things that will cause some characters to crash while others work fine:-If you're crashing to server select then it is almost surely a router issue-If you're crashing to desktop then it is probably a corrupt/out of date UI file

I connected fine the first time, but did not create a character and got out, hoping my character from my play server would be copied soon. I tried to get back in later and couldnt get on to the login server after updating in the patcher. I still haven't logged onto the login server even after all the servers were back up. Just keep timing out and it says the server is busy and to try again later and what not.
