First, let me say that I love this new amenity in the new guild halls! Great place for us to finally be able to dump our guild harvestables and share with our guildmates. No more clogging up the guild bank! Woohoo!

I am concerned about the access field that I can set on the box. I can only allow access or not based on rank. That leaves the guild open to someone taking all the harvestables out and wiping out our supplies.

I would suggest having 3 fields that we could set access for: one is for depositing into the box, one is for taking supplies directly out of the box, and one is for crafting using the supplies in the box. This would allow me to set, for example, for anyone in my guild to make deposits there, but only those of high enough rank can craft using those supplies, and only those of even higher rank to be able to take out mass quantities of supplies from the box.

edited to spell Harvesting correctly in the title

It would be nice if it was set up like the guild bank with a grid so you can easily see what you're out of and resources can be arranged by tiers/type. As it is now, you'd have to know every resource by heart.

Where is the access field that you can set on the box, anyway? I agree, we need better controls on the harvest box. I've just put many many thousands of raws into the box, and would be very reluctant to give access to anyone I didn't know really well. At this point, everyone in our tiny guild has been together for years and I don't see trust as a big issue, but we would like to be able to add people to the guild and let them use the guild amenities. With the harvest box, I would be a lot more comfortable letting a member craft from it than simply have access to it. If it's all or nothing with that box, it would probably have to be nothing with that box for quite awhile.

If I'm crafting in the guild hall, the game will use the depot for what I don't have in my own inventory. However, I don't know where that access is set.

Access to various amenities can be set per amenity (for many) in the Amenities tab of the hosuing interface window -- assuming you are a Trustee of the Guild Hall. Within the Guild interface window, guild leaders (and whoever else they have given permission to) may set access level for amenities in the guildhall based on rank. The Guild window option is "across the board" -- all ranks with permission can use a given item.I haven't done any testing to see which setting trumps. I have all my guild ranks set to be able to use amenities. Then in the Amenities Tab I have the transport options set to allow everyone, including visitors to use. Other amenities are limited to guildfolk. I'm supposing that if I had a problem with a guildmember moving stuff in the guildhall I could lower their access individually, just as I can make trustees individually while we decorate.

Allow for sorting based on Tier or Quantity.

With these addition we will be able to quickly see what we are sort of and send the harvesters out to fill the shortage. Right now you have to scan throught entire list of 100 to find shortages, and also have the tiers memerized.

The guildhalls and amenities have been managed (and very well) by Jindrack and Rothgar, and I suggest that any suggestions relating to guildhalls or amenities should definitely go into the other threads and forums where they have been actively seeking feedback on the functionality. That way they'll be sure to see them.
