View Full Version : LU49 and multicore: settings changes

So what exactly is moved to the 2nd core? Afaik, it's animations. Checked my graphics settings in game under "Animation" category and maxed them all, which didn't result in performance loss, just the load of the 2nd core (which doesn't have much to do atm). Are there any settings that only affect load of the 2nd core and can be maxed without being afraid to loose the performance?

The 2nd link is a thread under Performance titled "EQ2 freezes with U49 on a 3.06 P4 with HT with Vista".
