When I try to access my account management page, either through the launch pad link or from the MY ACCOUNT link on the forums I get the following message after loging in:ERROR!We've encountered an error, or this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience.<p>If you continue to receive this error, use the Help menu at <a href="http://www.station.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.station.com</a> (or in Station Launcher) for more info. </p>I tried to follow up by email support but when I reply to their message I get an email that says my email address doesn't match the account that submitted the query.  Even though this is the address that SOE support replied to.  I am having exactly the same problem described here:<a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=431857" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=431857</a>Can someone please forward my account to development to devodoo it as well?Thanks!

I was having the same issue after I got kicked from the game while zoning I was unable to log in againIt seems that if you have a really really old password that violates the current password rules (length/complexity) you will not be able to log in to ANY SOE services. To fix it use the I forgot my password and have it issue a temp password. Use that to log in and reset your password.

Thanks for the tip but I don't think that's the issue.  I'm able to log into the game fine, I just can not access the my account page where I can update account information.  I keep getting the error posted above.

Hello,I'm still hoping for some help with this.  I PM'd info to TrevorG and have tried to follow up with him a few times over the past week, but perhaps he is on vacation or something?  I am not able to access the My Account section at all.  I can log into the game and forums fine but can not access anything that requires me to go through My Account including pre-order, beta registration, and changing my billing options.Can anyone help me out with this?  I would really like to have this sorted out.Thanks.
