Additional 1 plat per bookshelf if you have a ton of books you want arranged on it, since that takes a very long time. Just providing and arranging empty bookshelves would be included in the 1pp per room fee. <strong></strong></p><p><strong>You provide any and all status and/or no-trade furniture you want in your house</strong>; I can arrange the non-tradeables after you have them in there. Examples of status or no-trade furniture would include crafting stations, paintings from the city status vendors (like the whale or Velious Mourns to form back walls for an aquarium), stone counters from the crafting guild, quest rewards, setting off a dimensional pocket, anything from Station Cash, etc.</p><p><strong>Note on room count</strong>: if you want a loft area added, that will count as an additional room. Room-dividers do not usually add to the room count, but lofts always do. A large aquarium would count as an additional room: a tiny one would not. <p>My name is Raferty, and I am a decorator addict... just kidding, but I am from Unrest, and I am willing and able to decorate for you, sans the first week of the month (city festival time!) I don't have a set fee, it's cost of objects + tip, unless it is simle editing, IE flip something over, I will do that for free, regardless of server. If you want to see examples of my work, I've done a variety, The drunken master dojo, a bondage bar in a guild, and the current project is Alice in Wonderland, I only decorate for hire, except halloween which gets torn down afterwards. You can contact me through ingame mail (but it takes me a few days to check) or send me an IM, I am on most of the time.</p>

<p>The Bazaar is now called Freeport as the 2 servers merged.</p><p>My current decorator entry needs updating. I primarily decorate on Freeport these days, but I decorate on all servers now. Prices vary depending on whether I have the ability to craft or obtain anything required and how difficult of a project it is. I do not decorate entire Tier 3 guild halls (except in certain cases) or to decorate individual rooms. </p><p>At the present time I am finishing up some hired projects and focusing on my personal homes, but I will be ready for hire again soon.</p>
