Carpet + Neriak = Skirts a-Flutter

I noticed recently when mounted on my Ethernaut carpet in Neriak, all the robes, dresses and skirts of the NPCs I go by - fly up, like I'm riding as little helicopter and creating an intense downdraft or something. I've only ever seen it happen in Neriak, so it's probably some sort of glitch, but it's pretty amusing.

Hahaha. Then I guess we'll see more mention of it with the new carpets being available to more folks. My main is my only other character to have a carpet (the old-fashioned way) and she has no reason to be in Neriak whatsoever.

It's not jsut neriak it happens everywhere and horses do it too.
