<p>Due to some technical difficulties (gnomes in the works) the automated EQII character transfer service is currently offline. However, Customer Service will be able to process transfers manually. Please read the Knowledge Base Article found <a rel="nofollow" href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php" target="_blank">here</a> and click on the email support tab. Make sure to select EQII and Character Transfer Request.
