"The Good 'Ole Days" Ranger PVP Video Tier 7

<div align="left">Well... I've had these fraps vids sitting around for a while now and I finally got around to doing something with them. The video is about 8 mins long and its just a mix of tier 7 pvp videos that I've had for a long time.I have a handful of tier 8 fraps vids that I will make into a pvp video sometime in the next few days...This video was more or less a test/experiment on how to use sony vegas... Thanks for being so negative arivath... its freaking tier 7 way back in the day, mage fights are just for a good laugh. Anyways your gonna love my next pvp vid cause your in it.... twice! So im gonna love to see you talk crap then. 1 or 3 good fights are you kidding...  sobek, relika, servoth, ponchy, cutzyou, chokolate and liew were all great on mage fights.... thats 7/10 that arent mages and that are decent fights. If you notice on the ponchy fight we both had mobs on us... and cutzyou started point blank range on me lol. If that isnt ownage i dont know what is. I used to think you were a pretty cool guy from talking to you in game but I guess we see your true colors now. Arivath I clearly stated its tier 7 from back in the good ole days...  if you notice you can watch me progress in skill... first few vids i dont have any totems on later on i started to use them.You used to be a crappy assassin... now your just a crappy ranger ... Gratz! Own you later scrub if you ever get the balls to come outa your FG, thats why your a crappy ranger cause you never solo.And thanks Krakelkrak I thought it was pretty funny to see the snipers on the mages after its been so long ago.

<p>Well my point was that if you havent any better videos to put in then 1 shotting mages I guess its cool but fights like those you had with the brigands were good fights I would love to see a ranger video with only fights like that. I was a ranger before but went to assa since I dont find it funny to oneshot ppl with autoattack, and I try to avoid Execute in PvP to make it more fair. Though im pretty sure you killed me, since I really dont have any good tactic vs a ranger...when snared on 50m away to -75% I used to get owned. But if you owned me in when I was close I say good job and btw I never said you sucked, I only said its lame to show the "skill" when pwning mages that bad.</p><p>And btw, you say I never soloed? Wow, is it really me on those frapvideos you got, since I used to solo like 95% of the time I PvP:ed, before you make a statement maybe you should know who youre talking about. Obviously i solo... i soloed then and i solo now so dont give me that shiznit and ima General, and the video isnt about showing skill... its about me learning how to use sony vegas and making a lil video outa some old tier 7 stuff that i thought was pretty fun to watch...  Anytime you want an butt kicking hit me up ile be glad to show you whos boss, and heres a tactic for ranger... dont rush them in the open you can only win against a ranger if your patient and make sure you get to fight him on your turf. Problem is any smart ranger wont fight you on your turf unless they are just gutsy or dumb. Like the hide behind the rock thingy, i love to come over the top and get you.

It's easy fighting as a ranger. I've killed the "who's who" of Nagafen, and in that matter Venekor too. Its not hard to play a ranger and Auto Attack people to death. I guess what Arivath is saying is that for mages, I guess for his pleasure, AND HIS PLEASURE ONLY, we should fight mages with  melee auto attack with a spoon. Even playin my ranger for so long, I still get a chuckle one shotting mages.Despite Ecnomorc's horrible music selection, I liked the fights.

<p>Thats the problem Ecno, they wont fight in  stupid environments, ofc they run around where they can reach everyone without a problem, maybe you dont what do I know but theres so many rangers that are standing on top of Danak, and other places so its just stupid to try get em. I give credit though to Vinasaar who killed me in close combat, I was stupid and used the wrong CA and he got me, but aside from that most rangers wont stand a chance vs an assa and they know that.</p><p> And about autoattack is broken, I dont say melee aint but ive heard mages been hit for 9k double attacks from 50m range.. dont say it aint broken. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Why did u only focus on the mage fights to say something negative. Why don't you talk about the other fights. He killed scouts to. What about that little freeport master that got owned in ss. I think someone has envy issue.

I dont leave immunity and i sit on docks and hug... what have you been smoking buddy... first off im in JW almost 75% of the time im pvping cause KP blows to pvp solo in cause of all the gank groups that run around. You dont have to make stuff up to try and make me look bad lol As far as auto attacking for 9k... umm thats only with the myth and 9k is pushing it ive been hit for 3.5k and 3k double attack with a poison proc so... close to 7k but 9 is pushing it, maybe on mage. And like I said thats myth only lol ask vinasaar hes got it now =PIle fight you on the ground when its a fair fight... i like the spot above danak post too, im the first person to find out how to get up there. Its always fun screwing with dumb groups from up there. I can have some fun with a spot like that if brigs can play safehouse game ontop of a rock. Anyways if you have half a brain you just wont try to use the post <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /> maybe if you wait long enough ile come down and kick your butt on the ground. The mage fights are pre sniper arrow nerf btw... so yeah i thought they were kinda funny to see what it used to be like. Im lucky to get sniper to hit 3-4k in pvp with coverage now days. Thats BS too because ive seen decaps for 4k easy without their spell thats equal to coverage. Rangers always get the shaft compared to assassins.... because the predator dev plays an assassin, go figure.Ive never met an assassin that can beat me on a regular basis, assassins are way easier then brigs/swashys because of how positional they are to play.... therefore its easier for me to kite around once you get in melee range. As long as you watch where you put your back and keep em snared its cake.One video of you dieing arivath is as an assassin the other as a ranger.... you need to decide what one you want to suck at more

When I was a ranger I had like the AGI line crit and gear with maybe 5 - 8% crit since I all the gear I had then was melee gear from the assassin "period", I never really had good gear as a ranger. Anyway im pretty sure you had better gear then me maybe even a few masters prob your epic too. Though if I got the jump and you killed me I would say: I got owned.</p>

Honestly i believe you did better as an assassin... The assassin fight was a much better fight if you ask me... you charged me and I turn back and ran to throw you off guard... i spun around real fast jumped over you after cheapshotting and kept on going the other way. I think it musta been a real suprise for ya... its looks real smooth in the vid i love that move. You got in close on me at the end of the fight... nearly took me out, I think you decaped but im not sure. I wouldnt blame you if you did, i was at like 80% you were at like 30% didnt have much of a choice. I think you played the assassin better, but I never really fought you a whole bunch. Maybe a half dozen times...The ranger fight like you said was no contest... we both used impen... I used mine second though, after my impen was down... it went down hill for you fast. I woulda already had the video done... but im lazy lol and I want to make it more complex.. ide like to have some video of me walking around or something in the begining without the UI... with my name, lvl, class and server on it. Something that looks better, I just went with a real simple intro on this video cause ive never made one. Sorry about bashing ya, I know its not easy playing an assassin... its just as hard as ranger if not even harder because of having to be in melee range and have the back. I would think you do much better against other melee classes but thats probably not so considering how easy it is for a brig or swash to do dmg in melee.

I dont remember the assa fight but I think I know when the ranger one, if it was outside Danak or so, since I remember a fight as you described it, and well, you did very good that fight I can tell if that was you. I used Imp then didnt think you would use yours so I bombed you and well screwed up. And as you say, assa is alot harder then ranger, and both rogue classed aswell. Even though I dont play anymore I dont think ive lost once to an swashie since the reach nerf lol. I have some videos which I havent put into a video but I could make a quick one and show you its like only swashies lol.
