I've been playing quite a bit lately and haven't had any issues. I logged off to take a break, do some studying, shower and food. After about 3-4 hours I logged back in, and was stationary for about an hour going thru broker stuff, buying and selling. I then decided to do some quests and adventuring and once I got into Everfrost, about 5 minutes into, I blue screened and got an error message that says Bad_Pool_Caller. Anyone have any ideas?

I've tried to do some research and found a few things, but to me that's like total giberish. I'm not that tech savvy when it comes to program talk. Sure I can remove a video card and some memory sticks, but I have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the technical terminology of errors.

Hmm I swore I typed more there. Not sure what happened.I actully sent in a request to our platform team and some others on this issue yesterday. I have not heard back from them at this time.If you could post a DXDIAG and MSINFO we can get a better idea of what is going on.http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=353617Thanks

I ran a search on the errir as I never heard of it either... I found something from Microsoft about it....It might be the gibberrish that you mentioned, but without more info, it is tough to tell.
