I just changed my 80 guardian to a zerker, and was hoping some of you more seasoned zerkers wouldnt mind giving me some pro-tips <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I hear that haste is Godly for a zerker (confirm/deny?), and I assume I should spec my gear more for crits since our AA lines give us so much double attack. Also if you guys don't mind sharing your CA rotation with me that would me awesome as well, I saw a couple over on EQ2 flames, and they were pretty simular to mine, but upped my dps a little. I figure it cant hurt to check for new ones. Im really looking for anything that will help me, my main is in a raiding guild so I get to blow all my dkp for zerker gear so I have access to pretty much everything shy of avatar loot. Being on a pvp server we can't get any uncontested pulls on them. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />So, just to recap, please tell me all the little tips / tricks / CA combos that you guys find useful and nifty. I want to be uber haha, and I know that a lot of that will only come with time spent on the class, but I figure it never hurts to ask for advice right? Thanks a lot!

Haste is good, but get your double attack up first. Then go to crits after that.CA rotation... I don't know, I open with a CA that rarely misses like a sheild bash, throw on the 2 DoTs, and then drop in Ram. Then it's just a click party from that point.

casting order is going to be different for PvP than PvE, you'll figure out a best CA order for given situations since our stuns and knockbacks are what make us decent in PvP. mostly your DPS isn't going to come from your CA order but about how you set up your gear and cap your stats and how you rotate your temporary buffs. i'd suggest working on them in this order: DA>DPS/crit>haste>CA mod. strength is easy to get to 1k+, haste is easy to get with the Int line and our self procs, CA mod doesn't do much beyond 500 for us since our CAs are on the weak side.

Never forget if you want to hold aggro, you need to maximize DPS. I know this is true to an extent as a Guardian, but it's even more important for a Berserker since we don't get things like Reinforcement to help us out with aggro. This also means you should stay in offensive stance pretty much all the time unless your gear sucks or you have bad healers. For big pulls and named start out with Bind Wound->Turmoil->then start CA rotation. If your healers and your gear can handle it use Juggernaut often. If you don't have your Mythical I'd recommend rotating Open Wounds and Turmoil if it's a multi-mob fight. Rotating Turmoil and Insolence is also a good idea. Turmoil isn't quite as awesome against single mobs as it is against multiple mobs, but it's still a nice little DPS spike at the start of a fight. Bare in mind that Turmoil procs on every mob you hit and procs on every mob in melee range when it goes off. What this means is, if for example you have five mobs around you and you have Turmoil up and hit one of your blue AEs that hits all those mobs, that means you'll expend five triggers, which will each hit all those mobs so each mob will be hit by five rampaging blows. I don't need to tell you that's a ton of spike DPS.<div></div><div>The only other thing I can think of is, if you plan on tanking then don't neglect your health. All the other basic defensive areas we're pretty close to the other tanks (meaning block, parry etc.), but Berserkers have no easy way to boost health unlike all the other fighters.</div>
