neutral monk?

I just rolled an iksar bruiser.want to go monk.Do I have to go to a good aligned city or can I just go to the neutral city?

If you wish to be in Qeynos after the betrayal, you can complete a few simple quests to switch your city affiliation from Kelethin to Qeynos. Betraying to Kelethin, then switching to Qeynos is said to be easier than betraying straight to Qeynos.</div>
