I thought that it would be good to start a list of item effects that are known to be blocked by other item effects or spells/combat arts, both so that the developers and other players know about them.What brought this on to me recently was having both the Wicked Wand of Malice and the Sash of the Volcanic Throne. It the effect of the wand, Malefic Fury, is up and the clicky on the belt is activated, it is consumed (i.e. the recast timer starts and the item greys out) but there is no effect on the character's spells. The only way to get it to work is to cancel Malefic Fury, activate the belt, then reapply Malefic Fury. Not the best of situations.Any others out there?
