Zones wont load, characters stuck

I've seen this problem in other posts, but there has been no solution.Basically, I just reactivated my account last night and was relearning everything on my old character. I decided to go check out South Qeynos and got booted back to the character select screen.  I tried logging in to that character again, just to have the loading screen hang at "Connecting to Zone Server", then another boot back to character select.I've tried making another character, but it wont let me load the Isle, since the same thing happens.What's going on here? I was playing just fine until that happened.All my drivers are up to date, game runs smooth, I use WinXP, DX is up to date, brand new computer, cpu temp is always ~86 deg F, everything is fine.The kicker is that I rode my bicycle about 40 miles just to get the prepaid time card to return to this game, just to have it do this to me.Color me frustrated.

Another interesting twist:I was able to access most zones before posting this problem.  Now I can't access the zones that I was able to before.Also, one of the zones I couldn't load was the Willow Wood. But if I make a new character, I can get into the zone. Weird.I don't get it. I don't have firewalls or anything running. Grr.
