Slow down your to fast!

I'm having a problem on Mistmoore server with my main char. I log in and I am running so fast I cant even stay on platforms in Kelethin. Sometimes relogging fixes the problem, most times not. My clock spins very fast and day changes to night in a matter of a few minutes. People tell me I am skipping around all over their screens. Please if I can get help with this issue it would be appreciated.
