Problems installing eq2 on new computer

<p>Basically I have got a new computer and I reinstalled EQ2 from my EoF discs.  I bought RoK on digital download.  I have patched EQ2 and ran several full file scans..</p><p>However I can not play any of my toons who are in RoK zones.  WHen I try and play those toons Game crashes with an error about some file on my DVD drive i think.  I have been to my account on these web pages and RoK is flaged as active and allready downloaded.  So I can not even re pay for it on there.  Is there anything i can do to get into RoK?</p>

What error are you getting when trying to log in?You could PM me your station name as well and I can check on the account for you.

<p>error message is as follows</p><p><verify> E:liveeq2gameclientsrcgamescene.cpp (4171): failed to create zone.  Suggestion.  PLease do a full scan from the patcher</p><p>pmed you rrquested info</p>
