DR-90 ?????

<p>Hello All:</p><p>Does anyone know what a DR-90 is and where to get one ???  I'm trying to switch a toon from Neriak to Freeport for housing issues with my exile toon and the city clerk tells me he needs a DR-90 but does not tell me where to get one ????  </p><p>Thanks   </p>

I just switched from Gorowyn to Freeport on my warden. When you get the quest you are given the form and told to see a guard about doing some tasks to prove your loyalty. After the tasks are done (1 is hunting toughs in temple street and the other is stopping fights in east freeport i believe) you will get the signed form from the guard. Take it back to the quest giver and pay a gold and you are done. Go to the house of your choice and rent a room and all your stuff will be in the moving crate waiting for you.

Since this has to do with betrayel.  What does a Ranger beome when he/she betrays?  Not that I'm going to, I was just wondering.
