Half the zone is not rendering - can't get out of QH

I logged in today and can only see the dock portion of QH. After going through the gates past the dock there's nothign there and I fall through the world. Same problem on multiple characters, the ones that are past the gate I just see black screen. I tried clearing /cache folder no help. Need help here...
