[For SOE team] Is there an NDA on the Test Server content ?

<p>Hello,</p><p>I've been told there would be an NDA on the content on the Test server. <p>There is no NDA on the normal test servers, you will see test server stuff discussed fully both here and on other sites.</p><p>There is a full NDA on the BETA servers for any new expansions though.</p><p>BTW...</p><p>Post's addressed directly for SOE/Devs and calling for a respnse for them generally won't get one</p><p>Its in the forum guidelines, I suppose if they did answer everytime they where called upon they would be posting here constantly.</p>

<p>Definately no NDA for this server. There are chat channels from test that live can join and testers can join live server channels. Anyone is allowed to play on the test server and the test server has the standard EULA.</p><p>Furthermore, major fansites that developers link to constantly such as 10ton, eq2traders, etc. etc., use screenshots, rant and rave. Trust me, if there were an NDA and SoE could sue them for breaking it, they would.</p><p>With Beta you'll definately know you've signed an NDA. So, not really an official word but plenty of strong evidence. I personally share test server things with live community and as you said, these forums are public.</p>

Any player from a regular server can create a character on the Test Server. There are no secrets to disclose when the content is open to all of us.

Well since anyone can get onto test do you really think there is an NDA for something anyone can log into? hehe
