Multiple zones are down on Najena

I don't know where else to post this but seems that most zones have crashed on the Najena server.  The only character I can log in is in Neriak.  Characters in Jarsath Wastes, Kylong Planes, North Qeynos, Butcher block mountains, Timerous Deep cannot log in at this time.

Not sure if the zone is down or not, but i cant zone into my assassin who's in everfrost on Antonia Bayle. Just sits at connecting to zone server for a few minutes and throws me back to Character select <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

yup no dice on any of my characters on my second account O.o it's odd. Also cant log into any of the station websites the login pages just timeout <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> not sure if that's related or not

I checked and all of the zone servers are up.  I did a /who in the zones mentioned in the first post and saw several other people in each area.If several people are experiencing this problem then it is possible that a session server may be down.  I'm going to contact the platform support team and see if I can get some info.

I have 2 accounts with multiple characters.  I had 1 I could log in as he was in Butcherblock.  I tried zoning him into Timorous deep and got booted and couldn't log him back in.  I only have 1 character left that I can log in and he's in Neriak at the moment.

<p>More Info</p><p> I had ONE toon I managed to get logged in on AB in QH, There were lots of people in there, but as soon as I zoned to SQ it kicked my toon from the game and he can no longer login to the game. Gives me a Server disconnect and boots me back to char select screen.</p>

Yeah it seems to be just a few of us with this problem.  Since there seems to be a tons of people in the game not experiencing any problems at all.

I'm gonna guess it's something serverside cause otherwise i'd be having issues with my internet and i wouldnt beable to log into my Monk that's in Blackburrow on AB. He my only character that gets past Connecting to zone server on my second account.

Yeah the ingame support page times out for me too.  I'm sick and tired of waiting for some help on this issue so I'm going to go play Force Unleashed for a few hours and hope the problem is fixed when I get back.

Sorry for the delay but I didn't have any information yet.  I believe it should be fixed at this point, though.Is anyone still having this problem?  If so, you may want to provide me with the station name(through PM) so I can check if it is account related.

ARGH!!!!   Problem not fixed.  Just got kicked from zone again on my main toon and can't log back in.  just like before only 1 of my 12 or so characters can log in.I was fine for a couple hours then went LD and can't log them back in except for 1.Forgot to add.  I also get the Voice chat connection failure 10007 on the voice chat bar.

I can log into one toon ( a lowbie level 4 in SQ of the Bazaar server), but the rest of my tiins hang on creating entities and then eventually kick me to character select. Played fine last night, this is what I discovered upon entering game this am.

TSR, do you exist anymore? I've jumped through your hoops, ive sent all required PMs to all TSRs that ask for them. I've also scoured the boards and found this is happenening everywhere with different explanations and fixes, tried em all none of them work, which leads me to believe its your fault. I just want to go back to the way it was, I pay you my money every month, and you allow me to play your game. This new system of me paying and you shafting is most displeasing. Please, just give us an update or something.

In my 4+ years playing this game I've never really had any problems that needed help from a TSR.  Now I know why people complain about the customer service.  It's pretty much non-existant.

I was having the exact same problem. After some run around and some BS tech support from SoE, I ended up callling my internet provider as a last resort, not expecting much. However, upon calling them I was told that they had received calls from several customers saying they couldn't reach certain websites. They were investigating it, but said at that point it appeared to be a routing issue with sprint/ATT. They were looking into it further. Shortly after I called them I was able to login and reach the sony websites again, but the problem came back late last night. It seems fixed again.But if you are having problems again, you may want to call your ISP, you'll probably find you aren't the only one calling them.I'm guessing those of us having this problem are using the same ISP's lol

That might make sense if I couldn't connect to ANY characters.  But considering I can still connect to 1 character means it has nothing to do with the ISP.Everything seems ok again right now but I'm not saying it's fixed.  Who knows, maybe in an hour or 2 I won't be able to log in again.

Its hasnt gotten any better for me at all. the same now as when it started .... with that said, Game over sony ... i quit ... you had me since launch, but with crap like this, going on, there are just too many options to hang out and wish something back into working order. I wouldve settled on a post saying we're working on it, all we got was a brush off post saying, works for me problem must be on your end. I hear blizzard has some good things coming up.
