Ive played since day one (well beta 2) but I really got burned out in Timorious Deep for the alts that I had. The quests just got old kinda fast.

Have they made the equipment better in the old school worlds? Made it so people would have the chance to quest once again in Antonica, Commonlands, etc?

I had stopped playing back in April of last year due to burnout.

Yes all treasured items under 50(60?) have been reitemised, by the increase of stats and the addition of effects, albeit with some slightly irregular results (cloth items with combat art bonuses, heals on things where they make no sense etc). treasured drops are now well worth it all over the game world.

The upgrade was applied to all item teirs from 1-59, not just Treasured.

Yes, including those zones. The only items that didn't get touched with this revamp were the master crafted ones, but they got a boost a couple of updates back.

I THINK fabled items didnt get upgraded, and nor did items with an 'effect' already on them, so a lot of legendary items can be a bit borked (unless they have since manually fixed those since). however the basic answer is yes, the gear in old world zones is up to scratch now, with careful selection of effects and stats to suit your characters needs.

Shaun

Yeah, leveling my lowbie troubadour was a hell of a lot easier after the boost.
