System Crash While Loading...

<p>After the patch on 09/10/08, I am unable to play the game. I can log into character selection screen, however I am booted to the desktop as the zone resources start loading. The situation is the same regardless of character or server. On a couple of occasions there has been a window that popped up saying that my user id/password is not recognized. Any suggestions?</p>

Sometime patches may change the Patcher itself so that Firewalls and AV programs may no longer recognize it.  If you have firewall exceptions made, remove them and then readd them.  You can also try cycling your router (unplug it for about 20 seconds)Good luck!
