Heya,How are people supposed to resubscribe when the payment system will not accept payment? I have had several live chat sessions trying to fix it, have checked card details have checked locality on my station account and made sure my address matches my card details.Still get the proccessing of payment failure!! Even had a nice TSR give me 3 days access due to there being a Weekend in which they could not do anything about my issue. (by the way the 3 days access never happened I tried to log in on Saturday only to be told you have no subscription)Now I have had this issue since 6th September, and I know thats only been three days, but i have had a question logged since then which has not been answered either! & I have updated my question.How do you expect to increase your customer base if they cannot subscribe? Sorry to rant on but it is an annoyance that in this digital age that a simple card transaction via internet is such an issue.

I get this question a lot. In an issue like this it is due to one of a coupleof reasons.One of the main reasons is incorrect billing address information vs what the bank has on record.Less likely would be your bank or financial insitution classifing us as a gambling company.  The big V has done this before, and many smaller banks as well. We have quite stringent rules set up to avoid fraud which comes in from the coin sellers and powerlevling services.  These companies use the credit cards of thier "customers" to then buy game keys to spam and use as mules for thier coin laundering within our games an other MMOs. If there was a way to filter them out without making it so secure, I am sure we would.
