I have a character that died during the Gen Drull instance of Lightstone HQ. Unfortunately she didn't actually die, the animation curled up in a ball like dead, but I never got the revieve window. The cleric could not rez me because I was 'alive' but i can't move and can't cast 97% of my hotkeys. The /help, melee attack and ranged attack hotkeys are not greyed out. /Help works (but is useless), and using a group-mate (F6 key) for targeting mob, I was able to range attack (I was the only one using a bow & I saw the arrow sticking out of a mob). The melee attack does not work, even if the mob would be in my 'melee range.'I have shut down game (unable to 'camp' because I'm not 'sitting') and rebooted computer with no effect (other then now being in Commonlands). I just put in my second /bug report as nothing appears to have happened after report last week. Can I please get some help? Thank you.

Before we go into possible tech problems, lets make sure this isn't something more simple. Did you or anyone in your group have the feign death ability? Please try typing '/stand' without the quotes(this defaults to the 'X' key) and see if that fixes the problem. If that doesn't work then please respond so that we can look into other possibilities. I imagine you've already tried what I'm suggesting but we should always try the easiest fixes first.

Miracle Max: [Lifts and drops the arm of the dead Westley] I've seen worse.Miracle Max: He probably owes you money huh? I'll ask him.Inigo Montoya: He's dead. He can't talk.Miracle Max: Whoo-hoo-hoo, look who knows so much. It just so happens that your friend here is only MOSTLY dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one thing you can do.Inigo Montoya: What's that?Miracle Max: Go through his clothes and look for loose change. Ok ok.. I couldnt help it... lolAs already stated, be sure that you didnt have FD on... I had an SK playing with my Templar this way once.. I sought revenge by letting him die a quick and painful death.... lol Its a good thing that we were all great friends... and we had a monk that could FD everyone after the SK bit the big one....
Ahh that brings back memories from beta. I had the same issue back in beta one time. Two GM's came by and stood there looking at me saying they had no idea what happend. I stayed like that for roughly 30min while tech looked into it, but they couldnt figure it out - so finally the GM rez'd me or did something to get me back - sad to see it sill happens.

Hmm, just a couple random ideas in case they might help. Can you right click someone and group with them? If so you could try...

Having someone cast a group rez (I think one of the druids gets a group wide or AoE rez) in the hopes it might pick you up.

Have a higher level coercer cast one of the action spells on you like dance to see if it makes you stand.

Have a scout group with you and hit evac or a sorcerer port you to see if you stand at your new destination.

Last ditch... see if /follow will work on a group mate and have them jump you off a cliff to try to finish killing you off. *lol* Might be harsh, but if it clears your current coma it might be worth it. If you're in Commonlands you should be able to jump off the top of the cliff over the docks and aim for the rocks.

I suggested the last one because once a groupmate did the almost-died thing and got stuck lying on the ground in DFC. He could still run around the room, but his body just slid all over the place. *lol* It eventually cleared, but it was hilarious. I was even able to cast illusions on him at the same time. If you can engineer a proper "death" it might undo the problem.
