I found a bug with the Insidious Robe from K'Pul D'Vngur in the Plane of Hate. The robe has an enhancement to coercer's Enraging Demeanor spell which adds combat art damage and a hate proc. However if you put enraging demeanor on a scout while wearing the robe, it spams the scouts chat window with "requires Fighter" on every single CA used. It doesn't say anywhere in the robe description that it requires a Fighter.
