Does anyone else have this problem? I added points to the Defiler tree AA "Enhance:Fulginous Sphere" but it didn't do anything. My Defiler is 38 so it should upgrade Fulginous Coil. The AA says it should affect Fulginous Sphere's upgrades too. I added a point and noticed no change to the damage even though it said it should increase by about 7% per point. So I reset my AA's and tried again. I added the points back to "Enhance:Fulginous Sphere" and still no upgrade to the damage on Fulginous Coil. Anyone else see this too? I did a /bug report but I'm just wondering if I'm seeing this wrong. It appears to me that this AA is broken right now.
