Alright, so I'd been looking for potential shield upgrades for my Paladin and noticed this nifty piece. I've noticed that in the past the Sparkling Aura proc rate was dependent on the mob's block rate, and the screenshot source on the Wiki suggests just that (maybe outdated). But this is what the current stats for the shield are, same stats, but modified description for the Sparkling Aura effect. I'm wondering if this seems too good to be true, so if anyone who currently has this shield can tell me if the SA proc rate is now dependent on the user's block rate, please let me know. It would be a shame if that was not the case. So here is the current B'Riareos' Defender. The shield's previous Sparkling Aura description would have read as:When Equipped:

When target blocks this spell has a 50% chance to cast Sparkling Aura on target's victim. Lasts for 2.0 seconds.

But as you can see from the current shield's description, there is a slight difference of wording. So I'm thinking it was updated or fixed at some point to justify what I'm hoping to be true.
