help i bought kunark 3 in one and wont give me my 30 days

ok after i  installed the game   and created my acount   it says subscribe   but when i do   it wont take any of my visa cards...i thought  i suppose to get 30 days?

In order to establish your subscription you have to have a valid form of payment. They just won't charge you until after the 30 days are up. You'll probably need to call customer support to sort out why your credit cards are being rejected though. I believe they're open 10am - 7pm Pacific Standard Time.
