Station Account: Select Subscription

Hi, I wanted to reactivate my RQ2 Subscription so I do all of the normal steps but before I can type in my account details It comes up with a Security Question Page, but there is no question to answer so I cant pay for my account.heres a screen:Need assistance asap, would really like to activate my account.<div></div><div>[edited to remove image with account data - Grimwell]</div>

I'd edit out your account name if I were you. Just incase?

Have you tried it with IE?  For some odd reason certain versions of browsers do not work well with the Dropdown on the secret question....Also, I would suggest getting that pic off of there, there are some sneaky people out there....

I had this problem when i first subscribed. I was using Internet explorer 7, so i decided to try a different browser. I downloaded Opera and that had the same problem, so I tried Firefox and it worked perfectly. The issue is the compatibility with your web browser.
