As a DPS specced Monk I have still manage to tank every instance from T7 on up at the level those zones were made for except RE2. I'm sure I could just haven't had the chance. Hell I remember tanking SH with my Monk. But then again that was when SOE removed our round shields and gave us deflection which was bugged and gave a L20 Monk the deflection of a L37 Monk./Cliffnotes Yes, Always have and always will.
