Just curious, what is the ping range you would consider the game enjoyable/playable ?My ping varies between 250 on good days and 350 on bad days. When it gets higher than 300 I experience CA lag and laggy gameplay in general. That's pretty annoying when you play a positionnal class in pvp

Is that on a fast connection or a dial up: it might be fine for DSL +

I tried one nigh using 28.8 dial up modem ( was a 56K modem out in the sticks) was ok for solo but not for groups.

I played for years with a 56k modem and many raids but I made sure the connection was close to 49K

I've been good with ping times from 50-500 depending on my location. No slow real problems when I am on my backstabber.

Well the point is I regularly get lag and characters positioning issue. Sometimes it's ok and the game is playable, sometimes it's "annoying" but still manageable, but sometimes it gets unplayable (when your CAs go off 2 or 3 seconds later or not at all and you or your opponent are warping all around the screen it's not playable). So if it's not a bad ping then waht is it ? It seems independent of the frame rate (occurs at 60 fps for instance), so it's not a "computer is too slow to run the game" issue. So I would to know how to proceed to find out what's wrong, and how to fix it. Atm I have no clue.
