Which expansions came with maps?

Can someone please tell me which Everquest 2 expansions came with maps, if any? I'd like to get all the maps that came with expansions, and get them framed so I can hang them on my wall.Thanks for any help.*******EDIT - Thanks for all the answers so far. So the original Everquest 2 came with a double-sided map of Qeynos and Freeport, so I'd have to buy 2 boxes of the original EQ2. And EOF came with a map of Faydwer. Are all the maps different for each expansion? For example, with ROK, is the map that came with it different from EOF, DOF, and KOS? Did any of the expansions come with a map of Norrath? I guess, just to keep it simple, could someone tell me what map each expansion came with? I know this may sound like a silly question, but I never bought the retail box versions, I digitally downloaded each expansion.

<p>If I remember correctly they have all come with maps; but (and here is the catch) you have to buy the right version. Only the boxed retail version sold in America have the maps and usually a collection item like a key ring etc.</p><p>The same retail boxed version in Europe doesn't have any of this. </p>

I seem to recall me euro version of DoF had a paper map nothing fabncy but at least it was something

Another annying bit is that the Freeport and Qeynos maps from the original box were on one doublesided piece of paper, so you could display one or the other.
