So currently I'm a level 45 Bruiser and I wanted to try out some weapons for a change. I was browsing through the Broker and saw that there were Leather and Metal fists (crushing), batons, and hammers. Now I like the way batons look, but I was wondering if there was a downside to dual wielding one weapon type vs the other? So far all I notice is that the metal fists and hammers have a slower delay, but I'm not sure if I am looking for faster or slower weapons?

Also, since I want a change of scenery, the Strength line I'm invested in will be all but useless. So I'm trying to decide how I want to spend my points. Currently I can fill the max 50, and don't know if I should be using the int, or the wis line. Here's what I've looked at:

4-8-8-8-1 Agi + 4-4-8 Int with 3 points to spare.

or

4-8-8-2-1 Wis + 4-4-8 Int with 9 points to spare.

Please advise, I'm at a total loss! If these are just terrible ways to spend points, please guide me. I've read through a couple threads here that are similar but there are so many varied opinions, and through my lack of experience with this game I don't know what route to take.

Thank you for that response. I'm not sure what you mean by the "ratio being the same," but for example, the baton I'm looking at is 3s delay and the gavel is 5s delay but with higher damage. Is there a reason not to get the gavel other than it doesn't look as awesome as batons?

And I like the strength line, I just want to try something different for now and see what kind of damage I can put out in comparison to my strength line.

Edit: Also, could you tell me why you prefer to have the Agi line over the Wis line?
