game crashes while loading a character's zone

<p>earlier today i decided to go to the freedom 1 house in south freeport to buy an item, the game keeps crashing as it loads the entities, which there are 620+ of i know the problem is because i only have 512 mb ram, but i can't play on that character because i can't get him out of the zone... would anyone from SOE be able to move him to south freeport, or something? because he's the only character i really play with :</p>
