<p>Okay, so I'm having the connectivity issue from Korea. My problem matches the stereotype, I log into the game and within 10-50 seconds I crash to desktop. No error message or anything. It happens on any computer I try to log in on. I opened a trouble ticket but the customer service guy doesn't seem to be aware of the connectivity outside of the US problem. At first he told me it was because other people were trying to log into my account at the same time I was. When I convinced him that wasn't the problem he logged into my account from where he is, of course he's not in Korea so he couldn't duplicate the problem. Now he's asking me to confirm my identity. Most of the requested information I can easily provide but after 3 years and as many moves I don't have my CD keys anymore. </p><p> It would seem that for a known issue, solving it would be a lot easier than this. Is there any way to expedite this? </p>
