<p>Okay I just got my laptop and I installed EQ2. When the first patcher is running and in the middle of downloading updates, the launcher pops up and when the launcher is scanning my files a window pops up. The window title just says "Microsoft Windows" and in the error message box it says </p><p>"Ip_plugin.exe has stopped working</p><p> A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.</p><p>Close program"</p><p>Then after the full scan, it says on the launcher "download cancelled" and if I hit download, it will do a fast scan and go back to saying "download cancelled"</p>
