<p>The game crashes to dektop now all the time, started about the middle of last week. Tried tech support live chat, generated several incident numbers. All of the incidents were marked solved but no one has ever helped me with the issue. All of the incidents were marked closed because they had not heard from me in 72 hours. They did not hear from me because of a glitch in SOEs mail system though.</p><p>The mail system is screwed up at SOE, so I can't answer them. I tried to respond to the tech help emails but when I answer the emails the automated mail system sends me back letters saying I responded to the email from the wrong email account. It is the only email on my account, and besides that, the email address was verified. When I contact the TSRs, they invariably force me to explain this situation to them, and then send me emails to try and help. I explain that the mail system is broke and that I won't be able to respond, nevertheless the chat session ends with them expecting to send me emails.</p><p>When they send me the link to look at my incidents, I can't sign in to that either. I use my station account name and passowrd, that fails. I use my email address and that fails. There is something screwed up on the account settings at SOE for my account but I can't get any help on it because all of the emails that are to tech help fail to make it through the automated screening.</p><p>I don't know how much longer I want to pay for a game I can't play. I have dedicated 2-3 hours explaining that the SOE automated screener keeps kicking my emails out and still all I get are promises of service if I just go through the email system. </p><p>Is there anyone that can actually take control of this situation and think outside of the box? I know SOE, like many tech help centers, develop protocols for their technicians. In this case, the protocol is broken and without someone using human intelligence it isn't going to get fixed. </p>
