Entering the game

Ok, I downloaded the basic game this evening but when I double click on the Everquest II icon and sign on to the launchpad it pulls up a screen with buttons to check my account, update preferences, etc, but there is nothing on the screen that says push here to actually play.  There is nothing at all on the screen that indicates how you actually get into the game.  Do I need to reinstall?
