Patching to Desktop?!?!?

Since installing Station Launcher, the patcher seems to think my desktop is a more appropriate location for the game rather than C:EQ2Wouldnt bother me except Station Launcher has been running like dog poo for the last few daysIs there a config file or something I can edit to change the install directory back?

Interesting.  So Launcher has installed itself to your desktop.  It's not installing the games to your desktop is it?

Its acting as if the Desktop is my install directoryie: Helpfiles, Keyboards, Layouts folders and various xml and such files directly onto my desktopedit: though opening via Launchpad recognizes the correct folder, so thats been my work-around.

Can you create an EQ2 directory in your C:program filessony (or if you have your own file system, feel free.) and try to run the game from there?

I have it in C:EQ2eq2.exestill it patches to the desktop

Download the station launcher then at <a href="http://launcher.station.sony.com. " target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://launcher.station.sony.com. </a> Install this and then install the game from that.
