Out of memory - exact error message

One of the files from where this message comes from is this:Fatal Error<p>EverQuest II has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown.</p><p> E:liveeq2frameworkcoredevicessrcDirectX9RenderDevi ce.cpp (2446):DirectX Error. (E_OUTOFMEMORY)</p><p>I have 2Gb RAM and 512Mb Video RAM. If I get more, I will post but I suppose developers already know where this originates from.</p>

As the "<span class="postbody">/force_low_mem_mode 1" doesn't do jack, here's a tip that works for me (although I quit the game anyways as a protest against corporate stupidity). Just don't accept that there is a problem, i.e. don't klick OK on the error message that pops up, and you can keep playing just fine. If that doesn't work for you you can always join me in glaring menacingly at SOE...</span>

The "<span class="postbody">/force_low_mem_mode 1" does nothing to stop the problem. maybe I'll buy my wife an older PC with lesser hardware. Then she will be able to play instead of watching me play on my older system.</span>
