<p>Ok I have a strange problem that no one has ever heard before or that anyone can duplicate. I'm not sure under what conditions this is happening but the situation is whenever I log in sometimes my run speeds will be rediculously fast or stupidly slow. This also carries over to casting spells and animations but it technically doesn't actually affect the speed in game. For example, I will cast a spell that takes 3 seconds to cast. The casting bar will finish in some cases within 1 second or will only show a half filled casting bar before it finishes because its moving so slow. Now the problem is sometimes I used to log in and log out and that solved the problem, now it no longer does. Now I have to log out several times before this speed bug vanishes and I REFUSE to use it because I don't want to be banned or suspended for whatever reason. Can anyone help me with this issue? My game runs normally when the conditions are normal and there is no speed increase or decrease so I have no idea what the problem could be.</p>
