Wicked Wand of Malice - Gear Conflicts

I haven't seen any progress update on the following gear conflicts when the Malefic Fury effect is activated on the Wicked Wand of Malice:1. Unkempt Earring of Power (T7 Avatar) - The earring does NOT proc at all when the Malefic Fury effect is active2. Sash of the Volcanic Throne (Trakanon) - The Volcanic Wrath effect does not apply when clicked if the Malefic Fury effect is active

Confirm, that Malefic Fury prevents Sash of the Volcanic Throne activatable buff from working properly.
