What's the best place for a Bruiser to level up?

I just started a Bruiser alt.  I really dont have a bunch of time to put into an alt with guild raiding, so I wanted to make sure I was leveling up in the right areas for this class.  Currently I am lvl 11, where should I quest and hunt?  Should I move from freeport to a Nek or Gor to do quests?  Thank you.

I just recently leveled a Bruiser alt myself, so I know where you're coming from.  My bruiser quested through everything in TD.  Once I cleared out all of the quests there, I took the carpet over to DLW and started all of the quest chains that begin in the fair.  (This extra dose of quests is good since they provide little adventure xp and a steady amount of achievement xp.)  By the time you're finished with both chains, you'll be in your low to mid twenties and have a very good achievement margin.  After that, move over to BB and start crushing everything that stands in your way.
